“What
can I bring”
You
can bring anything for your pet that will make his/her stay with us more
enjoyable, his own treats, toys and his own bed will make it feel like home. If
he/she is on a special diet (Eagle Hill feeds Pedigree Small Crunchy Bites dry
dog food) or anything different than the pedigree, please bring his/her own
food. (this will eliminate any upset stomachs)
You don’t need to bring any food bowls or water bowls - we provide these for you.
“Do you play with the dogs & cats?”
Yes,
We do individual “playtime” for a small charge of $3.50 for 15 minutes of
playtime or $5.50 for 30 minutes
which we usually split up into 2 x 15 minute sessions per day.
Playtime
consists of your dog being allowed into the large fenced in yard in fine
weather or the large training room
if the weather is bad outside, where we can play ball, fetch or just “cuddle up”.
*Please
note that only your dog is played with not multiple dogs (unless they are from
the same home)
“Is
there someone there at night?”
We
live on the premises, so there is someone at hand at all times .
“Do I need to let you know about any illnesses and/or medication?”
Yes,
Please point out to us if your pet is on any medication and give it to us when
you check in as ALL medication is kept in reception along with details of how
often and how much for each dog/cat. There is a small charge of .75c for each
time medication is given.
*please
note that insulin shots can only be given to dogs, not cats.
Please
let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your precious pets stay
with us any more enjoyable when you drop him/her off for their stay with us.
